Around the world, we partner with local churches t Around the world, we partner with local churches to launch savings groups—communities where people save money together, grow in their faith, and receive biblical training that empowers them to break the cycle of poverty.

As the group’s savings grow, members can lend one another small loans to cover household needs, pay for medical expenses, or even launch businesses.

Savings groups turn scarcity into abundance and isolation into community—building brighter futures for their families and communities, one meeting at a time.🤝

After some time, Ida used loans from the group to purchase more salon supplies—and now, she provides a full range of beauty services in her home! “I’ve been able to expand my services to include hair cutting, facials, hair coloring, eyelash extensions, and makeup application,” she shares.

Praise God for how He blessed Ida’s hard work, turning her small steps into a dream realized!
Many entrepreneurs we serve, like Sonia, dream of Many entrepreneurs we serve, like Sonia, dream of leaving behind round-the-clock jobs that barely make ends meet for work that gives them time for what matters most—family.

Sonia first approached Diaconía, HOPE’s partner microfinance institution in Paraguay, because she longed to be more present with her children. Her family lived in an unsafe, makeshift home and struggled to cover basic needs. She used her first loan from Diaconía in 2015 to purchase produce and ingredients to sell—10 years later, she owns a thriving business selling produce, home goods, and meals.

“Being here at home and running a business is my greatest reward."
This #InternationalDayOfEducation, we’re cheerin This #InternationalDayOfEducation, we’re cheering on the parents saving for school fees, the teachers providing a place to learn, and the students gaining skills for tomorrow.

At HOPE, we invest in parents and teachers with discipleship, training, savings services, and loans—so they always have the funds, training, and support to pursue their dreams for themselves, their students, and their children. Whether it’s a small business or a school, we believe every person’s dream is worth investing in.☀️

“We started saving and taking loans and life has started changing. Now I can feed my children well and pay their school fees,” says Nancy (pictured), a savings group member in Uganda served by our partner @seedeffect
